Renato embarked on his tattoo journey later in life, proving that it’s never too late for old dogs to learn new tricks! Originally from São Paulo, he made the adventurous decision to drive all the way from Brazil to Canada in 2018. Starting his journey in Toronto, he opened the very first The Ink Crown and instantly fell in love with the vibrant city. However, in 2022, he decided to pursue his grand vision and moved to Montreal, where he established a larger studio to cater to his growing clientele.
Renato is incredibly grateful for the guidance and influence of mentors like Victor Octaviano and Tony Soares. Through their mentorship, he has developed a unique and distinctive style. His tattoos feature a free interpretation of lines and colors, resulting in a truly original and conceptual art form.
